Nissan Charged Me for a Volume Button Issue on My Qashqai Without an Inspection

I purchased a 2024 model Nissan Qashqai. On the second day, I noticed bubbles forming on the audio volume up button of the tape recorder, a plastic part. Within 20 days, the bubbles became even worse, as shown in the attached pictures. When I visited the service center, the staff claimed it was user error due to water contact without even inspecting the vehicle and told me they would follow up. Despite waiting for 50 days, I received no updates. When I tried calling, no one answered. Later, I went back to the service center, and they again blamed user error. They told me the entire multimedia system needed replacement, quoting a price of ₺153,000, even though the issue could have been resolved by replacing just two keypads. For anyone considering buying a Nissan, I urge you to think twice. My experience with their service has been disappointing, and their lack of accountability makes me regret choosing Nissan.
