Nissan Hasn’t Fixed Bubble Issue on My Qashqai Sky Pack for 1.5 Months



I purchased a Qashqai Sky Pack vehicle from Bursa Nissan Dealer on 14.08.2024. One day later, there was a bubble on the volume up button of the tape recorder. I didn't pay attention to it at first because it was gelatin, but the bubbles increased day by day. Finally, it was enough to spoil the image. When I tried to remove it thinking it had gelatin, I saw that it was not gelatin but was in the plastic part. When I took it to Bursa Nissan Dealership, the authorized personnel said that it was a user error without even looking at it. I haven't even put a cloth on the car yet, I asked how it could happen, he took a picture, he said we would ask for the warranty, but they haven't responded until today. I've been waiting for an answer for 1.5 months, they still haven't responded. I demand that my grievance be remedied.
