I purchased a brand-new 2024 Nissan Qashqai 1.3 T Sky Pack from the dealership in August, expecting a seamless experience from such a well-known brand. Unfortunately, from the very first day, I’ve faced multiple unresolved issues with the vehicle’s digital system.
The navigation system has never worked, the radio won’t save stations, the clock is stuck on the same time, and the outside temperature display constantly shows incorrect readings. Despite being a brand-new car, it feels like I’m driving something outdated and faulty.
I’ve visited an authorized service center three separate times to get this resolved. The nearest one is 200 km away, so every visit costs me money, time, and work—none of which I should be losing over a new vehicle. Yet, despite all these visits, none of the problems have been fixed.
I never imagined I’d have to deal with this kind of frustration and inconvenience after paying for a new Nissan. I’m calling on Nissan Turkey to address this ongoing issue immediately. I expect a clear, effective solution—not another excuse or delay.
