Nissa Car Rental Reservation Canceled After Refusal to Share Personal Data

I made a reservation through Obilet for a Fiat Egea vehicle from Nissa and EasyGo. However, about three months ago, I had an argument with a female staff member at EasyGo because I refused to share my personal and identity information. Yesterday, I was informed that my current reservation had been canceled and that I would not be allowed to pick up the vehicle.

A portion of the fee I paid for my reservation through Obilet was withheld and not refunded. I contacted customer service for Obilet, Nissa, and EasyGo regarding my reservation number 16d691546873, and they told me that they would not provide the vehicle due to the previous issue I had with the female staff member. In addition, being asked for my personal and identity information before vehicle pickup made me uncomfortable. Obilet customer service, on the other hand, stated that such a practice does not exist.

This entire situation took place at Çukurova Airport. I request that people not be treated unfairly in this way and that companies show greater respect for personal data and privacy.
