Renault Austral Rental Issue with Nova/Carwiz – Misleading Information and Poor Service

On November 1, 2024, I used Nova/Carwiz to rent a Renault Austral from the office of Sabiha Gökçen. Before making the reservation, I called the company to make sure the car was still accessible. They told me there would be no problems when I told them I needed a car with a lot of trunk room to carry equipment. They even gave an option, the Peugeot 3008, in case it was needed.

But when I got to their office, I saw that some people were being turned away even though they had good Findeks reports. Some problems with the "system" were given as an explanation, mainly for reservations made through Yolcu360 and Obilet. After waiting for 45 minutes, I was given a Citroen C4X instead, but it didn't meet my needs. I reminded them of what we had agreed to before, but nothing changed.

It was annoying, and their last-minute changes made things a lot harder than they needed to be. The claims Nova and Carwiz made did not come true, which made me very upset. I don't think you should rent a car from these companies. They need to get better at service and conversation so they don't mess up people's plans.
