Economy Bookings Left Me Without a Car One Day Before Pickup
On November 3, I made a car rental reservation through Economy Bookings for a Porsche Cayenne or a similar luxury vehicle, with reservation number b61054179. I planned to pick up the vehicle from Sabiha Gökçen Airport on November 8 at 2:00 PM and return it on November 17 at 2:00 PM. However, when I repeatedly tried to call the **contact number provided for the rental company Carnet (+90 *********95) on the morning of November 7, I kept receiving a message saying “this number does not exist.” I also tried calling **+90 *********63, but that number is not in service either. I am unable to reach Carnet at all, and with less than one day left before pickup, I cannot find anyone to contact.
During this process, I also sent an email to Economy Bookings, but I have not received any response yet. A total of $253 was charged to my credit card. I am requesting that an alternative vehicle be provided or that my issue be resolved immediately. This situation has disrupted my plans, and I am waiting for a solution.
