Nissa Car Rental Deposit 699.66 Not Refunded After Undamaged Return

I rented a vehicle from Nissa in Tirane on 31 August and returned it on 8 September in clean and undamaged condition. At the start of the rental, a deposit of 699.66 was taken from my credit card. Despite returning the vehicle without any damage and fulfilling my obligations, my deposit has still not been refunded. The company has not given me any explanation for withholding this amount, and I have not been informed of any reason such as damage, fines or extra charges that would justify keeping my deposit. I believe they are intentionally delaying the return of my deposit so that I cannot dispute the charge or initiate a chargeback with my bank in time. I have tried to reach out regarding the refund, but I have not received any response from Nissa so far. This situation is causing unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience. I request that my deposit of 699.66, taken via credit card, be refunded to me without any further delay and that I be informed in writing of the reason why this amount was held for so long.
