The inner lining at the heel has started to tear, with pieces falling out, and this has caused an unpleasant odor. For a brand like Nine West, I expected much better quality. The shoes are barely used, and I’m already dealing with these issues. I’m very disappointed and request a replacement product as soon as possible. Please address this issue promptly—I trusted this brand, and this quality is unacceptable.
