I recently bought a pair of new season Nine West sneakers, and I’m already experiencing problems with them. The inner lining at the heel has started to tear, with pieces falling out, and this has caused an unpleasant odor. For a brand like Nine West, I expected much better quality. The shoes are barely used, and I’m already dealing with these issues. I’m very disappointed and request a replacement product as soon as possible. Please address this issue promptly—I trusted this brand, and this quality is unacceptable.
