Nine West Bag Handle Broke After First Use—Refund Request Ignored

I purchased a Nine West bag just a week ago, and the handle broke during its very first use. I immediately returned it to the store and requested a full refund, as the product is clearly defective. However, the store insisted on sending it for inspection. I explicitly stated that I do not accept repairs for a defective product and reiterated my request for a refund.

Despite my clear instructions, I received a message saying the repair had been completed and I could collect the item. This is unacceptable—I will not accept a repaired defective product. I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee on Monday if my refund is not processed immediately.
