I purchased sneakers on 12.04.2023 via the Nike.com website (order number: G10117148085). On 14.04.2023, an e-mail was sent to me that it was shipped. After a month of waiting, I called customer service by phone. They told me that the product was in the logistics company and that it appeared as returned in the system and that they would contact the logistics company within three days and get back to me. On 12.05.2023, they sent an e-mail stating that the money would be refunded through the channel through which the payment was made within 4 days.
