Nike Delays Refund for Returned Tennis Shoes

I purchased a pair of tennis shoes from Nike. Unfortunately, the shoes caused a skin irritation. I returned the product to them, and they accepted the refund. However, the money has not been credited to my bank account.
Since February 2024, I have been writing to them about not receiving the refund payment, but they are not showing any interest in resolving this issue. My bank cannot find any record of the refund. I have contacted my bank several times, and they confirm there is no refund transaction from Nike.
Nike is not processing the payment, despite acknowledging the return and agreeing to the refund. This situation has left me frustrated and disappointed with Nike's customer service and refund process.

Nike accepted the defective product. They did not issue a refund to me. They claimed they did. However, the refund did not appear on my credit card. They did not pay any attention to me. And I did not receive my refund for the defective product.
