The order I placed on Nike.com on 27.04.2023 was sent to me through the international pts logistics company, through the Scotty company in Turkey. The cargo, which went out for distribution on 04.05.2023, still had not arrived on 05.05.2023. When I called Scotty, it was explained that first the cargo was empty, then the cargo package was returned because it was torn. I opened a company complaint record, they said they would review it and get back to me. When I called again on 09.05.2023 on the lack of return, they informed that the content of the cargo was lost and they started the return process. On the same date, when I reported it to Nike, they said that they would start the necessary investigations quickly. Today is 15.05.2023 and when I call Nike again, I am informed that the product is still on the way. How does a parcel whose return process was initiated by Scotty as lost/stolen still appear on the way and on delivery. If it's been 18 days since my order and I still haven't received the product, what is Nike waiting for? If you manufactured your product from scratch and sent it, it would have been delivered by now. Start the return process as soon as possible and return the amount I paid to me. I suggest you, potential Nike customers who read this complaint, think 50 times before shopping from Nike.com...
