Nike Blazer Mid Heels Wore Out Before 1 Year, No Support from Store

I purchased a pair of Nike Blazer Mid shoes on September 24, 2023, from a Nike store. At the time of purchase, I was assured the product had a one-year warranty and that any issues would be resolved with a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, before reaching the one-year mark, the heel sections of both shoes started to come apart. Upon researching, I found many other users reporting the same problem with this model. I brought the shoes back to the store, expecting a solution, only to receive a message stating that my complaint was rejected after inspection. Considering the high price I paid and the brand’s reputation for quality, I’m extremely disappointed. I request immediate resolution to my complaint.
