I Report Unprocessed Refund on Nike Indoor Football Shoes Purchased from Viaport
I purchased a pair of Nike indoor football shoes from the Viaport Nike store, but later decided to return them. I completed the return process in-store on June 18, expecting the refund to be credited to my account promptly. However, as of today, the refund has still not been processed, and no amount has been returned to my bank account.
I have repeatedly tried contacting the Viaport Nike store by phone, but no one answers, and I have received no updates or callbacks regarding the status of my refund. This prolonged delay has caused me financial stress and loss of trust in the brand's customer service process.
I’m requesting the immediate processing of my refund and a formal apology for the lack of communication and delay.
