Nike Air Force 1 '07 Refund Issue Still Unresolved

On May 13, 2024, I returned the [Nike Air Force 1 '07] shoes as part of order number [G10102471253]. The package was shipped and delivered to your facility. On May 27, 2024, I received notification that the refund had been processed.
However, since that date, I have not received any refund credited to my account. My discussions with the bank confirmed that no refund transaction has been initiated. This has caused me both financial and emotional distress.
Therefore, I request that the refund I initiated be promptly credited to my account. Additionally, I urge you to conduct the necessary investigations into this matter and provide me with an update. I expect my complaint to be resolved promptly.
