However, since that date, I have not received any refund credited to my account. My discussions with the bank confirmed that no refund transaction has been initiated. This has caused me both financial and emotional distress.
Therefore, I request that the refund I initiated be promptly credited to my account. Additionally, I urge you to conduct the necessary investigations into this matter and provide me with an update. I expect my complaint to be resolved promptly.
