Nike Air Monarch IV Durability Problem

I am extremely disappointed with the Nike Air Monarch IV! Only 4 months after buying these cherished sneakers on August 25, 2023, I discovered a noticeable gap at the front. I decided to bring the shoes back to the store where I originally purchased them, as I have confidence in the Nike brand. They graciously provided a complaint form and sent the shoes for inspection. After approximately 20 days, the response finally arrived, placing the blame on user error. It's disappointing to learn that the renowned Nike brand doesn't provide support for its sports shoes until you've experienced it firsthand. I strongly encourage you to conduct thorough research and choose to buy from companies that prioritize the quality and reliability of their products. This way, you can avoid any potential disappointments and make a wise investment.
