I Face Defects on My Nike Air Force FKJ4211-001 and Get Dismissive Customer Support
I bought the Nike Air Force FKJ4211-001 model from the İstinyePark Nike store. As someone who regularly wears this model, I immediately noticed that something was off with this particular pair. There were visible creases and warping in the toe area—right where the toes press against the shoe. I consulted the store staff, and after comparing it with several other pairs, they agreed that the issue was specific to the pair I received.
Despite this clear acknowledgment from the store, my complaint was rejected after the product was sent in for inspection. I received an SMS stating the result was negative, so I called customer service. What happened next left me absolutely shocked. The representative I spoke to was incredibly rude, raised her voice, and dismissed my concerns with a disrespectful tone. She didn’t even let me explain the full situation and abruptly hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation.
This is not the treatment I expected from a globally respected brand like Nike. I plan to escalate the matter by filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and initiating a legal review regarding the customer service representative’s behavior. Additionally, I will share my experience publicly across all social media platforms, using both written and video content to expose this unacceptable customer service. I demand that Nike acknowledge this issue, replace the defective product, and hold their staff accountable.
