Disappointing New Balance Quality: Rapid Wear and Irresponsive Service




On March 2, 2023, my wife and I purchased two pairs of shoes from İzmir Balçova İstinyePark, both of the same model. We used these shoes with care, wearing them no more than 8 times each. We were disappointed to find significant wear on the back sections of both pairs. For your convenience, I've attached the payment receipt and photos of the two pairs of shoes. Please advise me on how to proceed with this matter. On August 7th, I emailed this concern to New Balance headquarters. They directed me to the store where I bought the shoes for testing. I handed over two pairs of shoes that were identical. After a month, I got a call saying that the outcome was negative and that I could pick up the shoes. Unfortunately, a well-known company is attributing wear and tear to user error on shoes that have been worn no more than eight times by two different people. Even if purchased from a local market, such wear and tear should not occur in lightly used shoes. This company's professional team does not appear to wear their own products. I spent a lot of money on these shoes and returning them means that winter has already arrived. When I reviewed complaints on the "Sikayetvar" page, many people, including myself, mentioned that the inner lining material, which was as thin as interfacing fabric, deteriorated quickly. The company appears to be denying responsibility in this matter. How can you help with this problem? Thank you very much.
