Only after one or two uses, the product I purchased started to tear from the sides. This is unexpected from a product of your brand, renowned for its high quality and durability. I have attached photographs of the faulty product for your reference. As a loyal customer, this experience has been disappointing and has negatively impacted my perception of New Balance products. I request either a refund or a replacement for the faulty product. It is my belief that such quality-related issues shouldn't happen, especially considering the reputation of your company.
