For the first time in my life, I've had a pair of sneakers tear on me, and it's the expensive New Balance 530 model. While they're incredibly comfortable, I'm shocked at what happened. As a woman, I have quite a few pairs of shoes, and I probably only wear these once or twice a week. Yet, they've torn - and not even on the sole, but on the upper part of the shoe.
How is this possible? I'm completely baffled, as I've never experienced anything like this before. If these shoes aren't going to be durable, they shouldn't be designed this way, especially considering their high price point.
This experience has left me questioning the quality and durability of New Balance products, which is disappointing given their reputation and cost.
