I purchased a pair of New Balance 530 shoes, but the mesh on them tore after only 5 months of use. Despite the short lifespan of the product, they never stood behind their product and refused to replace the shoes. It's a shame to spend money on such a product. If I didn't call them myself, they wouldn't even reach out with an update. I had to call the central office myself after 2 weeks to get any information. They also refuse to provide me with an invoice, making up various excuses.
Everything is wonderful when it comes to sales, but when an issue arises, no one is willing to take responsibility. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer support and unwillingness to resolve this defect. The New Balance brand has let me down with their poor after-sales service and refusal to stand behind their products. I expected much better quality and support for the price I paid.
