I purchased the New Balance 530, expecting quality for the price I paid. However, the mesh tore in less than a year of use. I submitted the shoes for inspection, only to have my claim rejected without a proper resolution. Why are we paying such high prices for a product that doesn’t even last a year?

New Balance has completely failed to stand behind their product, leaving me disappointed and frustrated. I will never choose this brand again and plan to escalate this issue by filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. It’s unacceptable for a company of this reputation to leave customers without solutions and cause unnecessary inconvenience.
