My New Balance 530 Mesh Tore in Months but They Rejected My Warranty Claim

I purchased the New Balance 530, and before even reaching the one-year mark, the mesh part of the shoe started tearing apart. I submitted it under warranty (case number SUP832329) for inspection, only to receive a rejection without any clear justification.
What’s even more frustrating is that many other customers have reported the exact same issue and managed to get refunds or replacements. So how is it fair that my claim was denied? I spent a significant amount on what I believed was a premium product, yet the quality didn’t even surpass that of knock-offs sold in markets—those people are still wearing theirs without issue!
This is unacceptable from a brand that claims to stand behind its products. I’ve never encountered such irresponsibility and indifference from a company. If New Balance believes customers will stay silent, they’re wrong. I will continue to pursue this issue until it's resolved.
