I Face Color Bleeding Issue on My New Balance Lifestyle Women’s Shoes After 3 Uses

I bought a pair of New Balance Lifestyle women’s shoes on 30.06.2025, and I’m beyond disappointed. During a light nature walk at Yayla, the shoes started bleeding color — something I’ve never experienced before with any other brand. This happened on just my third time wearing them! How can a well-known brand like New Balance sell shoes that start to lose color after only a few uses?
I expected quality and durability when I paid ₺ for these shoes, but clearly, that was a mistake. I demand a full refund or a proper exchange. This kind of product failure is unacceptable, especially from a global brand. New Balance, please take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately — I shouldn't have to deal with this kind of quality problem.
