Two days ago, I applied the Neutrogena Blackhead-Fighting Toner we had bought from Migros on 01/01/2026 to my boyfriend's face. His skin is sensitive, and shortly after using the product, many pimples appeared on his face. On the packaging, it only states that it is suitable for skin prone to blackheads, and there is no clear warning about possible adverse effects on sensitive skin. Due to this reaction, we stopped using the product immediately. However, we are disappointed that such a strong reaction occurred despite following the general usage purpose described on the bottle, and that there is no specific warning regarding sensitive skin. I request a refund for this product and expect the situation to be reviewed so that consumers with sensitive skin are better informed and protected in the future.
