Sebamed Face Product Caused Redness, Swelling, and Burning

I started using a Sebamed skincare product expecting quality, but it caused a severe reaction instead. My face turned red, my eyes swelled and watered, and both my skin and eyes burned intensely. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, especially not from a brand known for being dermatologically tested.

This is an expensive product, and I trusted its reputation. Now I’m left with a full bottle I can’t use and a face that’s irritated and inflamed. How is a product like this even on the market? Is there no proper testing or quality control?

Sebamed, I expect an immediate response. You need to take accountability and investigate this issue. This product should not be sold if it causes reactions like this.
