Old Netshort Subscription Caused Unexpected Automatic Payment

I had subscribed to the Netshort application once a long time ago. Later, believing that I had completely canceled the membership, I deleted the application from my phone.

However, today at around 10:00 a.m., when I checked my account activity, I noticed that approximately $11 had been charged from my card under the name Netshort.

I did not approve this transaction in any way, and I was not given any notification, warning, or information regarding the charge.

I am a student, and I genuinely need this money. I do not accept money being withdrawn from my card through an old subscription without my knowledge or consent.

I request that Netshort refund the approximately $11 charged from my card as soon as possible. I also demand that any memberships or subscriptions still associated with my account be fully canceled and that no further automatic payments or charges be made from my card under any circumstances in the future.
