I Never Subscribed but Netshort Charged Me Repeatedly

Since February 20, 2024, I have been charged regularly via mobile payment to my Türk Telekom line by a company called Netshort, even though I never applied for any subscription. Each charge was $14, and a total of $83 has been unfairly deducted from my line. The phone number associated with this issue is 5367****61.

When I contacted Türk Telekom customer service, they stated that they do not have the authority to cancel this subscription and directed me elsewhere. However, I have not been able to reach Netshort through any channel. I absolutely do not accept being charged for a service that I never approved or subscribed to.

I request a full refund of the $83 that was deducted from my line without my consent, and I demand that all subscriptions and related charges under my name be immediately canceled. Additionally, I ask that all necessary precautions be taken to prevent any unauthorized mobile payments or subscriptions from being initiated again through my line.
