I Face Unauthorized Netshort Charge and Demand Refund

I noticed that on April 8, a charge of $15 was made to my Enpara credit card under the name “Netshort Popular London GB” without my knowledge or consent. I do not have any application related to this company on my phone, nor have I made any membership, approval, or purchase with them. Despite this, this amount was withdrawn from my card.

When I contacted Enpara customer service, they stated that they had no information about this transaction and could not see any details. Since this transaction was clearly carried out without my authorization, I consider it unlawful and I am experiencing a serious inconvenience.

I request that the details of this transaction be urgently investigated, that the $15 charged to my card be fully refunded, and that the necessary security measures be taken to prevent any similar unauthorized charges from happening again.
