I noticed that two separate charges were made to my Ziraat Bank debit card without my knowledge or consent under the names Google One and Google Netshort. On November 25, 2025, $10 USD was charged, and on November 27, 2025, an additional $5 USD was charged, totaling unauthorized withdrawals in these amounts.
I did not start any subscriptions, make any purchases, or request any memberships for these services. Despite this, charges were made to my card without my authorization, which has caused me serious concern and frustration with Google and the related services. Even though I tried to contact both my bank and Google regarding this issue, I have not received any response so far.
I request a full refund of all charges made without an active subscription, and the cancellation of any subscriptions that may appear to be active in the background. I also ask that the relevant systems be reviewed, these unauthorized transactions be corrected immediately, and necessary measures be taken to prevent this situation from happening again.
