Nespresso Gran Lattissima Capsule Jamming And Leaking Water
I bought my Nespresso Gran Lattissima coffee machine last Sunday. It came with seven capsules in the box, and I've used four of them, indicating that the machine has operated four times. However, there is an issue with the cover spilling water into the waste container, and a capsule is trapped inside. Unfortunately, there is no 24-hour call center available to resolve this issue. I request immediate assistance in turning off the system and resolving the issue. I refuse to do repairs on a machine that is only three days old. If there is a problem, I expect it to be replaced.
