Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology Subscription Cancellation Request

I was simply browsing horoscope content on the Nebula app when I was shocked to discover that ₺2,000 had been withdrawn from my account—without my permission and without any clear subscription agreement. There was no warning, no confirmation screen, and worst of all, no cancellation option within the app. I never agreed to pay this outrageous amount for basic astrology content.

This is theft, plain and simple. I demand an immediate refund of the full ₺2,000 that was taken from me. If this issue is not resolved quickly, I will be filing a formal criminal complaint and taking legal action. I am fully prepared to go to court over this matter—they can deal with the consequences.

Consumers should not be tricked into unauthorized charges like this. Nebula must refund my money and permanently delete my information. I will not let this go unanswered.
