Nebula App Charged Me ₺600 Without Consent After I Closed My Account

I used the Nebula app just once and paid a small fee for what was clearly advertised as a one-time service. After that, I closed my account and assumed everything was complete. However, I was shocked to see that ₺600 was later withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or consent.

I never approved this charge, and I am outraged that money was taken even after I had already closed my account. This is a clear violation of user trust and financial security. I demand that the ₺600 be refunded to me immediately.

If this issue is not resolved, I will file an official complaint with CİMER and pursue every legal channel available. I am publicly stating that I am filing a complaint and holding Nebula fully accountable for this unauthorized transaction. Return my money now.
