I downloaded the Nebula app and used it only once, believing it was free as advertised. I never signed up for a subscription, never approved any payment, and yet they withdrew ₺900 from my account without notifying me or asking for any confirmation.
This is absolutely unacceptable. How can an app charge users without their knowledge or consent? I didn’t receive any warning, email, or confirmation screen—just a sudden deduction from my bank account. I feel completely deceived by this app and want nothing more to do with it.
I demand an immediate refund of the ₺900 that was withdrawn from me without permission. Nebula must cancel any unauthorized subscriptions and delete my account and payment details permanently. This type of shady charging is unethical and must be stopped. I’m officially filing a complaint and urging others to avoid this app until they change their practices.
