I signed up for a trial of the Nebula app and cancelled the trial, but despite this, Nebula has continued attempting to charge me. Within the last month I started receiving notifications both from my bank and from PayPal showing that Nebula was trying to take payments from my accounts, even though I had already cancelled and did not authorise any ongoing subscription. The attempted charges I see are around 49.95 each time. Because of this issue, my cards are now frozen, so Nebula has not yet been able to take any money, but these repeated attempts are unacceptable and causing me stress and inconvenience. I have not been able to reach anyone to speak to directly, and I have not yet received any explanation from Nebula because I want this to be treated seriously and for the payment attempts to stop immediately. I request that Nebula immediately ceases all payment attempts on my bank cards and PayPal account, confirms that my trial and any subscription linked to it have been fully cancelled, and ensures that there will be no further attempts to charge me in the future. If any payment has gone through that I have not yet seen, I also request a full refund and written confirmation that my details will no longer be used for any charges.
