Ordered Nautica Hoodie, Received Wrong Item

I ordered a Nautica hoodie from Fashfed as a surprise birthday gift for my spouse, but instead, they sent me sweatpants! To make things worse, the hoodie is now out of stock. Fashfed offered a refund and added ₺200 in gift credit as if it's a tip. This careless mistake not only ruined my gift but also caused unnecessary tension. I’m beyond frustrated, and I feel this small credit doesn’t make up for the situation. I want a proper solution and compensation that reflects the seriousness of this mistake. This needs to be resolved immediately.
