On April 28, 2025, I purchased a pair of The North Face shoes from their official website. Although the payment was immediately deducted from my account and a confirmation number was generated, my order never appeared under the tracking section of the website.
I contacted customer service on May 2 and was told they would look into it. When I followed up again on May 5, they claimed there had been a technical issue and that the shoe size was now out of stock, so they would issue a refund.
I had made this purchase as a birthday gift, and their careless handling of the situation left me both embarrassed and disappointed. Despite clearly expressing the urgency of the order, they offered no solution or compensation—just a standard refund for their own mistake.
What’s worse, they never proactively reached out to inform me about the issue—I had to chase them down for answers. This entire experience has made me question the credibility of The North Face as a brand. I expected more from a company of this stature and demand an acknowledgment of my inconvenience and a gesture of goodwill.
