Nautica Refused to Refund My Coat Despite Their Return Policy
I bought a coat for ₺9,000 at a Nautica store. I was informed that if I wasn't satisfied, I could send it back within a week for a complete refund. Unfortunately, when I returned it just two days later because it wasn't to my liking, they declined to accept the return and refused to refund my money. Additionally, they refused my request to talk to a manager or someone in a higher position. I felt misled and utterly disappointed by this situation. How can a brand anticipate gaining customer confidence if they do not fulfill their commitments? I am prepared to pursue all legal avenues available and will share my experience on social media to inform others and help them avoid similar problems.
