Defective Product Rejected as User Error by National Geographic Core

I am very angry and upset with Boyner because I recently bought something from them that turned out to be broken. I spent a lot of money on this item, but soon after I bought it, it started coming apart at the seams. I took the item back to the store to have it checked out, and they said that the damage was caused by me. This just isn't true. I talked to a few tailors about the problem, and they all agreed that it was because of bad stitching. The seams were stuck together from the inside, which made the product easy to break. This is not someone's fault; it's a problem with how the product was made. I am asking Boyner to take responsibility for their product and pay me for the damage it has caused. It's not fair that I have to pay for a broken item and then be told that I broke it myself.
