Pierre Cardin Sold Me a Bag That Fell Apart in 15 Days and Won’t Refund Me


I'm feeling let down by Boyner. I bought a Pierre Cardin leather bag, and it began to fall apart after only 15 days of using it. I sent the product back on the 18th, and now it's the 5th, but I haven't heard anything from the company yet. I’m thinking about filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee because I feel like I’ve been treated unfairly. I sent back the broken product, but I still haven't gotten my refund. I think it's important for people to know about this situation so they can choose wisely—steer clear of buying from Boyner or Pierre Cardin, since their products look fake. I even contacted CIMER, but nobody from Boyner has gotten back to me, which shows they’re not taking responsibility. This experience has made me feel overlooked and not happy at all.
