N11 Whiteboard Order Cancelled
On February 2, 2024, I placed an order for a whiteboard on the N11 shopping website. The order number is 205167174430 and it cost ₺1,900. I have made the payment. My order was canceled on 05/02/2022 because the store couldn't provide the product. Surprisingly, the product that was previously unavailable is now back in stock, but at an exorbitant 63% markup, priced at ₺3,094. I purchased this item for ₺1,900. No matter how prices may change, the company has a responsibility to provide me with the product at the price we agreed upon. It is highly unethical to sell an item at a different price after claiming that it is unavailable. I have filed complaints against the N11 shopping site and the supplier. I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken and that the product be delivered to me at ₺1,900.
