N11 Vendor Fails to Deliver, Raises Price by 25%

I purchased a product from N11.com. Just 6 hours after my purchase, the seller, an affiliate of n11.com, informed me that they couldn't supply the product but continued to sell it at a 25% markup. Screenshots are attached for reference. The company that refused to deliver the product at the price I ordered it, citing "unavailability," is still selling the product at https://www.n11.com/urun/alpine-s-s50-5*****35-cm-koaksiyel-2-yollu-s-serisi-hoparlor-7928300 with a 25% price increase. Not only is the company's behavior highly unethical, but when I reported this to N11 officials, the response I received was incredibly disappointing; they chose to protect the suppliers engaging in such behavior. I will never make another purchase from N11, no matter how discounted the price may be.
