N11 Left Me Stuck with a Defective Product and Didn't Provide Any Refund or Support!

I bought a product from dgnteknoloji (B**** D****) on 17.11.2023 via the N11 website, hoping for an easy transaction with a trusted seller. Regrettably, after a mere 3 months, the product experienced a malfunction, forcing me to return it for either a control, exchange, or refund. I immediately returned the product to the company via N11, with the expectation that the matter would be resolved expeditiously. Unfortunately, I've been dealing with a frustrating and lengthy process that shows no signs of coming to an end. Unfortunately, the store where I bought the item has closed down, which has made it hard to get in touch with the seller. Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance from N11, I have not received any helpful support. I have been very upset with N11's customer service. They have been completely unresponsive, leaving me feeling completely in the dark about the status of my return and whether or not I will ever receive a refund or a replacement product. This experience has greatly undermined my trust in both the seller and N11. I had hoped for a straightforward solution to address the issue with the product, but unfortunately, I find myself stuck with a defective item, no reimbursement, and no clear way to move forward. I strongly encourage N11 to assume responsibility and promptly resolve this matter to prevent additional customers from experiencing the same frustrating situation.
