N11 Order Delay - Missing Delivery Issue

On November 2, 2025, I placed a bulk order of Ülker products through N11, and although the product description stated it would be shipped on November 4, 2025, it was not dispatched until November 6. Despite the promise of delivery within three business days, today is November 13, 2025, and it still has not been delivered. My order number is 203559283532. Due to the delay and lack of updates, I contacted customer service, but I was only told that my complaint had been forwarded and that I should wait a few more days. I have not received any follow-up since then. For this order, for which I paid ₺1396,27, I expect an apology for the inconvenience and request that my grievance be resolved. I want them to take responsibility for their shortcomings.
