N11 AirPods Pro Refund Rejection




I bought AirPods Pro from the official N11 store, but unfortunately, they are refusing to process my return without providing a clear explanation. Even though I purchased the product directly from the official store and was disappointed with its performance, they refused to process my return. I have the right to receive a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. When I previously returned a similar in-ear headphones purchased from them on Hepsiburada, the return process was incredibly smooth. Now, despite declining the return and asking for a reshipment, they have yet to send the product back for three weeks. Regardless of my numerous attempts to reach out to the store, all I receive are automated responses. This is an absolute catastrophe, and the product is completely unusable. Shouldn't the return be sent back promptly if it's being accepted? I haven't been able to use the product for a month, and I have no idea where it is right now. I would like to request a refund as soon as possible.
