N11 Refused to Accept Return for My Defective iPhone 16 Despite the Report

I purchased an iPhone 16 512GB from a seller named 'BittiBitiyor' on N11, but the product arrived defective. The phone wouldn’t charge when I opened it, so I returned it. N11 contacted me and told me to take the product to an authorized Apple service center for a report confirming it was a manufacturing defect to proceed with the return. I questioned why they were making this process so difficult, as the product was defective and should be exchanged or refunded. They shipped the product back to me, so I took it to the Apple authorized service at Zorlu Center. The service center confirmed it was a manufacturing defect and issued a report stating the product should be returned or exchanged by the seller. I sent the product back with the report and emailed a copy to N11. However, N11 now claims they won’t accept the return because the device was opened. This is despite them initially saying the return would be processed with the report. It feels like they are doing everything possible to protect the seller instead of the buyer. Over the last three months, I’ve purchased three Apple phones from this platform, and the product page clearly states defective items can be returned without issue. Yet, N11 is defending the seller instead of protecting their customer. I will take this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board, and I will never purchase from this platform again.
