SunExpress Flight Cancellation and Ineffective Mytrip.com Customer Support


My flight was canceled, but I only discovered this when I arrived at the airport. I received no prior cancellation notice, and attempts to contact customer service have been futile. The app continuously sends me email verification links that lead to irrelevant or broken pages. I am extremely frustrated as SunExpress is directing me to contact Mytrip, the tour company, for resolution. This situation has left me waiting for hours with no service or proper support. The lack of effective communication and responsibility management is unacceptable, and it has severely impacted my travel experience.
