Mytrip Removed My 10 Kg Luggage From Vueling Ticket
Mytrip victimized us! On July 10, I purchased a ticket for two adults from Paris to Barcelona with Vueling Airlines through Mytrip. At the time of booking, 10 kg of luggage was clearly included, but after the purchase, our luggage allowance disappeared and was not recognized. When I reached out to Mytrip for help, they made no effort to resolve the issue—I couldn’t even reach them properly. Despite the evidence, they refused to acknowledge that luggage was part of our booking. My experience with purchasing a ticket through Mytrip was a complete disappointment. We felt completely abandoned and mistreated.
