Mytrip Refuses to Explain Extra Fees Before Flight

I purchased a flight ticket through Mytrip for a Pegasus Airlines flight. While creating my reservation (order number 1118-158-786), the amount shown in my credit card authorization was $449. However, when I checked my Halkbank credit card statement, I saw that the charged amount was $469. This difference appears to be an additional fee charged against me, and I still have the authorization records from the time of the transaction.

When I contacted Mytrip by phone regarding this issue, they told me that since there were less than 5 days remaining before the flight, they do not handle flight-related issues and could not assist me. I request a clear explanation for the difference between the authorized amount and the final charged amount, and I demand a full refund of the extra fee charged to my card.

I kindly ask that my issue be resolved and that the excess amount be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
