Mytrip Refused Refund For Canceled Turkish Airlines Ticket

On Wednesday, January 25, 2023, I purchased a ticket through Mytrip for AnadoluJet (Turkish Airlines) flight TK7728 on the Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) – Berlin route.

My reservation number is WMHP7X, and I paid approximately $43 for the ticket.

Although my flight was canceled, a very long period of time has passed and I still have not received any refund whatsoever.

After the cancellation, I contacted both Mytrip and the airline multiple times. Mytrip told me that I needed to speak with the airline, while the airline instructed me to contact Mytrip instead.

As a result, I was repeatedly redirected back and forth between the two parties without any real solution, leaving me seriously inconvenienced and frustrated.

Most recently, when I contacted Mytrip again through their live support system, I was simply told that no refund would be issued, and no concrete explanation or resolution was provided.

I request that the approximately $43 ticket amount paid for my canceled flight be refunded to me in full and without further delay through Mytrip, the company from which I originally purchased the ticket.
